Payment Function crashes
The app crashes while verifying the online transaction with visa. Although I get the OTP from my bank the app closes with pop saying transaction error.

Disintegrated chain
There seems to be no integration between the app and the company operations. In places the order with specific time and location on the map. No reaction until i called and then the operator, who had no clue, linked me to a driver who then i have to guid on the phone to pick up almost two hours from the time i place on the app. Then a day later i received an sms that my laundry will be picked up!! To get my laundry, there is no status of the laundry. Had to call just to find our that laundry will come a day later, though on the app i picked today. I called and cancelled and now tracing my laundry. Very good company, very bad app. It is not that one create an app, the backend operations has to be integrated and well managed.

Its just a snap of your finger to easily downloaded the app…you will recieve the OTP enter it and that’s it and your on the go to request for pick up..
It’s very convenient cause you don’t have to go in the shop to drop your garments👍👍😊
